Throughout the 75-minute exchange, the thought leaders explored the Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act (“CREAMMA”),the law whose notable features provide for the lawful consumption of regulated, adult-use cannabis and creation of the Workplace Impairment Recognition Expert (“WIRE”).
