Are you Vulnerable?   The most vulnerable members of a workforce are those that are unaware of their rights.
Do you know that if you are an adult and live in New Jersey, or any other state that has legalized adult-use, also known as recreational, or medical cannabis consumption, then you have the right to purchase and consume cannabis on your own time?   Do you also know that employers  who rely solely on drug-screens and drug-tests may be violating your rights?  Employers, do  you also know that?   Do you know that you also have an obligation to provide a hazard-free and drug-free environment?  And that no matter the size of your organization that termination for drug-use might wind up in a lawsuit?  

If this all sounds contradictory and complicated…it is.
