This is an interactive deep-dive with the attorney that brought the seminal Zanetich v. Wallmart case that is one of the first shots in adverse employment action under the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization” (“CREAMM”) Act.
Employment actions related to cannabis consumption are ofter misunderstood in states that have adopted medical and adult use of cannabis.
